Catherine Aldrete-Morris


Catherine began practising yoga in 1999 and has experience with a variety of Yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa. Catherine obtained her teacher training in 2019 and since, won a Myofascial  Release (MFR) scholarship with Yoga medicine. Catherine finds it a pleasure to weave movement with a mix of MFR and other techniques to her classes.

Catherine teaches ‘Flow & Roll’ – a blend of gentle yoga with myofascial release, on Sundays at 10am.
