5-10 year olds – Games and Fun based sessions with skill/co-ordination and balance development mixed in.
10-14 year olds – Games and Fun based sessions with skill/co-ordination and balance development mixed in.
10-14 year olds – More sports and performance based… strength, power and movement pattern coaching and development.
