This style of yoga is RESTORATIVE. It is seriously slow with passive, floor-based postures, bringing energy back inward with focused breathing. Yin Yoga physically targets the fascia and deep connective tissues of the body, designed to regulate the flow of energy and release tension both from the body and mind.
