Through Pilates, we can become the architects of our own bodies. And since every body and lifestyle is unique, I like to keep my classes as individualised as possible. I always encourage my clients to listen to their bodies, and aim to provide different levels of difficulty to accommodate each person’s needs.

My interest in the human body started with Iyengar yoga 12 years ago. Since then, I have completed a Bachelor of Sport Rehabilitation and post-graduate qualifications in Pilates (both matwork and reformer) and other therapeutic modalities.

Helping people is my passion, and I’ve found it immensely rewarding working with multidisciplinary teams in various clinical settings to help clients from every walk of life improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who tends to the garden every now and then, our bodies need to be able to adapt to the demand we place on them.
