Coach, Inferno Hot Pilates
I could not believe that working out could be so much fun, something I started to look forward too.
From early childhood my sport was in dance, gymnastics then as a circus performer. I found yoga in my twenties. It wasn’t until I arrived in Australia
that I discovered Bikram yoga.
I remember walking into the class and the instructor asked if I had a towel. I said, “I don’t need one…I don’t sweat…”.
well, that proved me wrong!
I got addicted to Bikram and when the studio introduced Hot Pilates on my regular Bikram schedule, I wasn’t happy. Working out was always a struggle for me. After much convincing myself and talking myself into giving Hot Pilates a go, it wasn’t until 6 months later, that I walked
into a Hot Pilates class. I could not believe that working out could be so much fun, something I started to look forward too.
It didn’t take long until I decided to become an Inferno Hot Pilates instructor and share my passion and enthusiasm for it with others. To help others see that fitness can be fun and help them “make it happen!”

Inferno Hot Pilates was something that started as a hobby and turned into a “job” that I love. I enjoyed it so much that I also got Certified in Hot Yoga. I am so proud to show my children that you can have it all….
If I had to choose or live by a mantra, it would be
“Make today so awesome that yesterday gets jealous.”
