You can expect anything from dumbbells to kettlebells, TRX to cables, sleds and prowlers to battle-ropes and tyres, olympic barbells and trap-bars to bodyweight exercises, swiss balls and bosus to medicine balls, slam balls and wall balls, bands of every size… boxing, bike, ski-erg, rower, assault bike, skipping, cardio drills, rings and a tarzan rope hanging from the ceiling.
