I emigrated from the UK to Australia in 2006, since moving here being fit and healthy has been a huge part of my life, I honestly can not remember a time where I haven’t set foot in a gym or engaged in some form of exercise or sport, believe me when I say this is a big change from what life was like back in the UK!
In 2015 I decided to jump into a career as a Personal Trainer, group fitness followed shortly after and I’ve recently added Massage Therapy to the list. Seeing clients grow and thrive from their experiences with exercise, good nutrition and the changes in mindset, hands down makes this one of the most rewarding jobs I’ve ever had.
I’ve explored many different types of fitness over the years, some more successfully than others, general strength training at a gym, Dancing, Running, Roller Derby, HIIT & Circuits, over the last three to four years I’ve concentrated more on Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and I’m currently settled into the crazy world of CrossFit. I have a passion for lifting heavy things and I love it, it makes me feel amazing!
My fitness journey has had it’s up and down’s just like most people, but this is what I love about being a coach, I’ve had your experience, or something similar, or I’ve coached someone else that’s been in your shoes. I’m here to help you find your path and guide you through those up’s and down’s, I’ll laugh with you, most likely cry with you, but most importantly I’ve got your back!
