Inferno Hot Pilates is a low impact, high intensity workout, giving you improved fitness whilst also strengthening your body and giving quick, visible results. It combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in 35 degree heat, ensuring you arrive at the end of your session invigorated and in a pool of satisfied sweat.
Hot Yoga (26+2) is a series of twenty-six asana poses plus two breathing exercises, created by Bikram to move you through every muscle group in a specific sequence, with the benefit of the heat allowing greater ease and depth in movement. This series will challenge yet relax your mind, and strengthen, reshape and open your body over time.
