There are high intensity classes and low impact and intensity classes. We offer you everything from functional strength and fitness, boxing and kick-boxing in our Blue Room; barre, pilates and more gentle yoga in the Studio; advanced strength training and strong man in our Black Room.
Just to be clear, we do not separate you from the men, we just understand you have different needs.
