I'm insanely curious about the human body. It’s what inspired me to ditch a long engineering career for nutrition science (swap the hi-vis for a lab coat). My approach to health and nutrition is that living healthfully isn't about restriction or deprivation.

Since 2012, I’ve gained qualifications in health coaching, mind-body nutrition coaching and a health sciences degree (nutritional medicine & dietetics)… Right now, I’m doing a Public Health Masters. Why? Because I really do give a damn about the world’s health.


I love learning, but what I love more is applying that knowledge to helping and supporting others in achieving their health goals. 

As a clinical nutritionist…

I understand the relationship between nutrition and disease, how to assess diet and health history against body signs and symptoms, and how to use food as medicine. 


As a health coach…

I understand human behaviour and motivation, how to set and achieve health goals and build new habits, as well as how to support someone through change.


As a mind-body nutrition coach…

I understand how our personal story impacts digestion, that what we eat is only half the story, the other half is who we are as eaters.

My approach to health and nutrition is that living healthfully isn’t about restriction or deprivation. More often than not it’s about adding in the things that nourish us, such that we can create foundations that are strong enough for our body (and mind) to withstand whatever life throws at it/us. I don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to health and nutrition. I recognise that our bodies, health histories, relationships with food are all very different and my approach is to work with it rather than against it.

So how can help you? I can help you to identify and overcome any barriers you have to achieving your health goals, build strong foundations for health, transform your relationship with food, discover a more intuitive approach to eating by learning how to listen to your body and remove any stress around food. 


My philosophy is to work with you for as long as you need to develop the tools and knowledge such that you can self-manage your health going forward. If I’m doing my job well then ultimately you shouldn’t need me. Until then, it’s all about loyalty and commitment from me, to you.
