My name is Nick and I have been working in the fitness industry for 14 years. In that time, I have also worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Prince Alfred College for 9 years across all sports.


I have been training in Martial Arts for 15 years. I have been teaching the sport for the last 8, specialising in Western Boxing and Muay Thai Boxing and more recently, studying Wing Chun.


I focus on core stability, balance and technique. You won’t hear any inspirational quotes from me, but I always get the job done. My passions include swimming, martial arts and drinking frothies.
