

My love for movement and spirituality naturally led me to the practice of yoga. I have now been practicing for over 10 years and have delved into various styles from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Tantra and Kundalini. I completed my first 200 hour hatha yoga teacher training in Byron Bay in 2015 and since then have completed my Yin yoga teacher training with Power Living as well as have been mentored in Vinyasa under a skilful teacher trainer, Kristin Spence. I love teaching Vinyasa flow with a strong focus on breath control and anatomical alignment, ending in nourishing yin poses followed by a guided meditation in savasana.
Yoga has helped me heal and deepen my mind-body-spirit connection. My daily practice continues to support my state of peace and equilibrium. I’m an Akashic record reader, Reiki intuitive healer and host workshops-retreats sharing my teachings about the chakra system. Therefore, I naturally interweave my knowledge on chakras and energy into my classes.
I’m passionate about teaching in a safe, authentic, modern way, while still honouring the tradition of this ancient practice. I encourage my students to embody yoga on and off the mat to truly experience the transformative effects yoga can have on our lives.
